Job Description
Professional hotel receptionist needed for a boutique city hotel. Must be fluent in English and have experience with hotel PMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Handle check-in and check-out processes
- Manage reservations via PMS
- Respond to guest queries in person and by phone
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams
Requirements
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years hotel front office experience
- Excellent English communication
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS
