Job Description
Continental Chef De Partie needed for a 5-star hotel kitchen. Must have strong culinary skills and experience in high-volume kitchen environments.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental dishes to hotel standard
- Supervise commis chefs on section
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist head chef with menu development
Requirements
- Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a 4/5-star hotel kitchen
- HACCP knowledge
- Ability to work split shifts
