Job Description
Kitchen steward needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in a large hotel kitchen. Must be hardworking and able to manage heavy workloads.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitise all kitchen equipment and utensils
- Deep-clean kitchen areas daily
- Assist with stores receiving
- Ensure proper waste disposal
Requirements
- Previous kitchen steward experience preferred
- Physical fitness for heavy lifting
- Knowledge of food safety practices
