Job Description

Leading cleaning supervisor needed to manage a team of cleaners in a corporate office building in Colombo. Must have experience in facilities management.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule cleaning staff
Maintain cleaning standards across all floors
Order and manage cleaning supplies
Conduct regular quality inspections

Requirements

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety
Ability to manage a team of 5–10 staff
