Experienced site supervisor needed to oversee a large residential development in Gampaha. Must have strong team management and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all site operations daily
- Ensure work is completed on schedule
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain safety standards and documentation
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years site experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driving license
